Common questions
How does pricing and quoting work?
Single items have flat starting prices (a couch from $125, a mattress set from $120). Bigger jobs are priced by how much of the truck they fill — quarter load $220 up to a full load $599. Send a photo and we’ll confirm one firm price before we start; labor, hauling, and disposal are all included, and the price never changes mid-job.
Can you really come the same day?
In most cases, yes. We’re open 7 AM – 7 PM every day, and if you call or text early in the day we can usually get to you that afternoon. Larger cleanouts may need a scheduled slot, but we’ll tell you exactly when we can be there before you commit to anything.
Is there anything you won’t take?
We can’t haul hazardous materials — no paint, chemicals, fuel, oils, or asbestos. Almost everything else around the house, garage, and yard is fair game: furniture, appliances, mattresses, debris, hot tubs, and tires (+$25 each). Not sure about something? Text us a photo and ask.
When and how do I pay?
You pay after the job is done and you’ve seen the space cleared — never before. We confirm your total upfront, and that’s the amount due when the work is finished.
Do I need to move everything outside first?
No. Point at what goes and we’ll carry it out from wherever it sits — upstairs, garage, backyard. If the items are already at the curb, our $99 minimum curbside pickup may be all you need.
